Possible Causes
Door not fully closed or faulty door switch, Full water tank (condenser/heat pump models), Child lock active, Program not properly selected or delayed start set
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not force the door closed; damage to the latch can occur.
- Check display icons: Look for a child lock symbol or delayed start indicator. Disable child lock per the user manual and cancel any delay timer.
- Verify door closure: Open and close the door firmly until it clicks. If the door feels loose or misaligned, inspect the hinges and latch.
- Empty water tank: On condenser and heat pump models, remove and empty the water tank, then refit it correctly.
- Test door switch: If accessible, test the door switch/interlock for continuity when the door is closed. Replace if faulty.
