Beko
Poor Drying Performance / Restricted Airflow
Dryer takes too long to dry clothes; loads are still damp after the normal program completes.

Possible Causes
Clogged lint filter, Blocked condenser unit (condenser/heat pump models), Blocked or crushed vent hose (vented models), Dirty moisture sensor bars causing incorrect dryness detection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dryer before cleaning internal components.
- Clean lint filter: Remove the filter and clean off all lint. Wash with warm soapy water if coated with residue, then dry thoroughly.
- Clean condenser: On Beko condenser and heat pump dryers, remove the condenser from the front compartment and rinse under running water until clear. Allow to drain before refitting.
- Check venting (vented models): Inspect the exhaust hose for kinks, crushing, or lint build-up. Clean or replace the hose and ensure the wall vent flap opens freely.
- Clean moisture sensor bars: Wipe the metal sensor strips inside the drum with a cloth and mild cleaner to remove fabric softener film.
- Load and program: Avoid overloading the drum and select an appropriate dryness level. Overloaded or mixed-fabric loads can extend drying time.
