Possible Causes
Clogged lint filter, Blocked condenser unit (condenser models), Obstructed vent hose or wall outlet (vented models), Partially blocked internal air ducts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing panels or hoses.
Airflow restoration:
- Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the door lint filter and any secondary filters. Wash with warm soapy water, dry, and refit.
- Condenser cleaning: On condenser models, remove the condenser and rinse under running water until clear. Allow to drain before refitting.
- Vent cleaning: On vented models, remove the vent hose and clear lint build-up. Check the wall outlet and external flap for obstructions.
- Internal ducts: If performance is still poor, remove the rear panel and vacuum lint from internal ducts and around the fan housing.
Usage tips: Avoid overloading the drum and ensure similar fabric types are dried together for best results.
