How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing the control panel.

Access the control panel:

Remove the top cover and then the screws securing the front control fascia.
Carefully pull the panel forward to access the small humidity or ambient sensor (if present) and its wiring.

Check connections:

Ensure the sensor plug is firmly seated and free of corrosion.
Inspect the small sensor board for visible damage.

Replacement:

If the sensor is a separate module, replace it with the correct Neff part number.
If integrated into the main PCB and E12 persists, the control board may need replacement by a professional.
