How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing the control panel.
Access the control panel:
- Remove the top cover and then the screws securing the front control fascia.
- Carefully pull the panel forward to access the small humidity or ambient sensor (if present) and its wiring.
Check connections:
- Ensure the sensor plug is firmly seated and free of corrosion.
- Inspect the small sensor board for visible damage.
Replacement:
- If the sensor is a separate module, replace it with the correct Neff part number.
- If integrated into the main PCB and E12 persists, the control board may need replacement by a professional.
