Possible Causes
Using high heat for delicate fabrics, Overloading the drum, Faulty cool-down phase due to heater not switching off, Drum not reversing (if feature present)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal work is required initially; adjust usage first.
- Adjust program: Use appropriate fabric settings and lower heat for delicate items.
- Reduce load size: Do not overload the drum; allow clothes space to tumble freely.
- Remove promptly: Remove clothes as soon as the cycle ends and shake them out.
- Technical check: If clothes are excessively hot at the end, have the cycling thermostat and control PCB checked to ensure the heater is switching off during cool-down.
