• Clean moisture sensors: Wipe the metal sensor bars inside the drum with a cloth and mild cleaner to remove residue.
• Check wiring: Inspect the moisture sensor wiring harness and connectors for secure fit.
• NTC sensor check: If drying performance is also affected, test the NTC temperature sensor and replace if out of specification.
• Load size: Be aware that sensor dryers adjust time based on load moisture; small loads may cause time jumps and are normal behavior.
