Zanussi dryer leaks water onto the floor during or after a cycle.

Safety first: Unplug the dryer and mop up any water to prevent slipping. Avoid operating the dryer with a known leak.

• 1. Check water tank: Ensure the condenser water tank is not overfilled and is inserted fully. Empty and reinsert it firmly.
• 2. Clean condenser and channels: Remove the condenser and rinse it. Clean the housing and any channels that guide water to the sump, removing lint and debris.
• 3. Inspect hoses: Access the lower front or rear panel to view the small drain hoses from the sump to the tank or external drain. Check for cracks, loose clamps, or disconnections. Replace or reseat as needed.
• 4. Check sump and pump housing: Look for signs of cracks or leaks around the plastic sump and pump. Replace damaged components.
• 5. External drain setup: If connected to a drain, ensure the hose is not inserted too far into the standpipe (which can cause siphoning) and that it is secured properly.
