How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the control panel.
Steps:
- Clean surface: Wipe the panel with a slightly damp cloth to remove grease and residue. Do not allow liquid to seep into the edges.
- Reseat cable: Remove the control panel and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main control board.
Repair: If buttons remain unresponsive or intermittent, replace the touch control panel assembly. In some models, the keypad and display are a single module.
