Display shows P1 and the smoker will not start the cooking cycle; timer and temperature settings may be locked.
Child Lock / Panel Lock Active
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel do not respond or require very hard presses to register.
Unresponsive Keypad
Symptom
Condensation builds up excessively on the door glass and drips out during cooking.
Excess Moisture / Condensation
Symptom
Digital display is dim, flickering, or some segments are missing, but the smoker still heats.
Display Module Degradation
Symptom
Door glass cracks or shatters during or after a cooking cycle.
Glass Door Thermal Stress Failure
Symptom
Excessive smoke leaks from around the door, seams, or vent; smoke may enter nearby living spaces.
Smoke Leakage
Symptom
Rust spots appear inside the smoker cabinet or on racks.
Corrosion / Finish Degradation
Symptom
Smoker cabinet exterior becomes excessively hot to the touch during normal operation.
