• Step 1 – Support the unit: Gently support the BougeRV charger while inspecting the mounting hardware.
• Step 2 – Tighten screws: Tighten all accessible mounting screws into the wall and into the charger bracket.
• Step 3 – Check anchors: If screws spin without tightening, replace with appropriate wall anchors rated for the charger's weight and wall material.
• Step 4 – Inspect bracket: Look for cracks or deformation in the BougeRV wall mounting bracket. Replace if damaged.
