Charger front buttons are unresponsive or require very hard presses to register.

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the front panel.

• Step 1 – Clean around buttons: Wipe the front panel with a slightly damp cloth to remove grime that may impede movement.
• Step 2 – Inspect keypad: Remove the front cover and inspect the keypad or button board for contamination. Clean with isopropyl alcohol if needed.
• Step 3 – Check alignment: Ensure the front cover is not warped and that buttons align properly with the underlying switches.
• Step 4 – Replace keypad board: If buttons are mechanically worn or switches have failed, replace the BougeRV keypad / UI board.
