• Step 1 – Verify time and timezone: Check that the BougeRV charger and app show the correct local time and timezone.
• Step 2 – Recreate schedule: Delete existing schedules and create a new one, ensuring days of week and start/end times are correctly set.
• Step 3 – Firmware update: Update the charger firmware via the BougeRV app to the latest version.
• Step 4 – RTC check: If time drifts significantly after power loss, the RTC circuit on the main control board may be failing and the board may need replacement.
