Charger Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection is unstable or frequently drops, but charging continues.

Note: Connectivity issues do not usually affect basic charging but limit smart features.

• Step 1 – Improve signal: Move your router closer or install a Wi-Fi extender near the BougeRV charger.
• Step 2 – Check antenna: With power off, open the charger and ensure the antenna lead is securely connected to the network module and not pinched.
• Step 3 – Change Wi-Fi channel: Log into your router and select a less congested channel to reduce interference.
• Step 4 – Replace module: If signal is strong but drops persist, replace the BougeRV Wi-Fi/Bluetooth network module.
