How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This error usually affects smart features but may also block charging on some models.
- Step 1 – Disable remote features: If possible, disable Wi-Fi/app control from the front panel and attempt local charging only.
- Step 2 – Reseat network module: With power off, open the charger and locate the plug-in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module. Unplug and reinsert it to ensure a solid connection.
- Step 3 – Check antenna and cables: Ensure any antenna leads are firmly attached and not pinched or broken.
- Step 4 – Firmware sync: Use the BougeRV app or service tool to update both the main firmware and network module firmware to compatible versions.
- Step 5 – Replace module: If E15 persists, replace the BougeRV Wi-Fi/Bluetooth network module. If the new module fails similarly, the main control board may be at fault.
