Charger intermittently stops charging before battery is full, then resumes later

Note: Intermittent stops are often protective responses rather than outright failures.

• 1. Check app logs: Review the Easee app or portal for event logs indicating the reason for each stop (e.g. temperature, RCD, load balancing).
• 2. Monitor temperature and environment: Ensure the charger is not overheating or exposed to direct sun during long sessions.
• 3. Inspect for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or water ingress that could cause transient leakage currents.
• 4. Simplify load management: Temporarily disable or relax load balancing settings to see if stability improves.
• 5. Electrical tests (qualified only): Have an electrician test earth leakage, insulation resistance, and supply stability.
