How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Note: A solid blue LED often indicates the charger is in standby or awaiting authorization.

  • 1. Check the Easee app: Open the Easee app and verify that the charger is set to Available and not paused or locked. Disable any manual pause or schedule that sets current to 0 A.
  • 2. Verify access control: If RFID or user authorization is enabled, present a valid RFID tag or authorize charging via the app. Confirm that your user account has permission for this charger.
  • 3. Inspect load management settings: If the charger is part of a load-balancing group (Easee Equalizer or similar), check that the group is not limiting the charger to 0 A due to a configuration error or missing meter data.
