Possible Causes
Incorrect supply type selection, Max current set higher than hardware rating, Missing mandatory parameters in installer setup, Corrupted configuration data
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: Configuration errors are typically resolved via software tools.
- 1. Open installer mode: Use the Easee installer app or portal with appropriate credentials.
- 2. Verify supply settings: Confirm that the selected supply type (1P/3P), voltage, and main fuse size match the physical installation.
- 3. Check current limits: Ensure the charger’s maximum current does not exceed the rating of the supply cable, breaker, or charger hardware.
- 4. Re-save configuration: Make a minor change and save, then revert if needed, to force the charger to re-apply settings.
- 5. Factory reset if needed: If the error persists, perform a factory reset and redo the commissioning process from scratch.
