Possible Causes
Vehicle battery is full, Vehicle charge schedule delaying start, Vehicle onboard charger disabled, CP communication indicates no current request
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: Solid green with a connected vehicle usually means the charger is ready but the vehicle is not drawing power.
- 1. Check vehicle SOC: Confirm the state of charge (SOC) on the vehicle. If the battery is full or near full, the vehicle may stop drawing current.
- 2. Review vehicle charge settings: Disable any departure-time or off-peak schedule in the vehicle that may be delaying charging.
- 3. Restart charging from vehicle: Use the vehicle's infotainment or charging menu to manually start charging.
- 4. Confirm charger settings: In the Easee app, ensure the charger is not paused and that the maximum current is not set to 0 A.
