Possible Causes
Overlapping schedules in charger and vehicle, Utility or tariff-based smart charging holding at 0 A, Misconfigured time zone or clock, Conflicting app rules
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This is a configuration issue rather than a hardware fault.
- 1. Disable vehicle schedule: Turn off any scheduled charging in the vehicle so that only the Easee charger controls timing.
- 2. Review charger schedules: In the Easee app, check all schedules and smart charging rules. Remove or simplify overlapping rules.
- 3. Check time settings: Ensure the charger and app are using the correct time zone and that daylight saving time is handled correctly.
- 4. Test immediate charge: Temporarily disable all schedules and start an immediate charge to confirm hardware is working.
- 5. Re-enable rules one by one: Add back schedules gradually to identify any specific rule causing the conflict.
