How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Warning: Do not interrupt power during a firmware update unless instructed by the manufacturer.
- 1. Wait a few minutes: If the yellow LED appeared suddenly, wait 5–10 minutes to see if it clears, as the charger may be updating firmware.
- 2. Check the Easee app: Look for any notification about firmware updates or configuration errors. If prompted, complete the setup wizard.
- 3. Reboot the charger: Turn OFF the upstream breaker for 30–60 seconds, then turn it back ON. After reboot, check if the LED returns to normal (blue/green).
- 4. Verify configuration: In the app or installer portal, confirm that supply type (single/three-phase), max current, and load balancing settings match the physical installation.
- 5. Factory reset (installer only): If configuration appears corrupted and you have installer access, perform a factory reset and re-commission the charger following the Easee installation guide.
