• 3. Verify wiring configuration: Confirm that the charger is wired according to the installation manual (e.g., single-phase L+N+PE or three-phase L1+L2+L3+PE). Incorrect wiring can trigger E05.
• 4. Measure voltage (qualified persons only): With a multimeter and power ON, measure the voltage at the charger input terminals. Ensure it is within the specified range (typically 207–253 V for single-phase). If outside this range, consult an electrician or utility.
