Steps:

- 2. Inspect ribbon cable (qualified person): With cover removed and power OFF, ensure the LED/UI board cable is securely connected to the main board.
- 3. Check for damage: Look for cracks or moisture on the LED board.
- 4. Replace UI board: If connections are good but LEDs remain off, replace the Leviton user interface/LED board.
