Possible Causes
Incorrect time zone or clock setting, Overlapping or disabled schedules, App not synced with charger, Daylight saving time shift not applied
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal access is required for this issue.
Steps:
- 1. Verify current time: Check the time and time zone settings in the Leviton app or charger UI.
- 2. Review schedules: Ensure the schedule is enabled, set to the correct days, and not overlapping with another rule that disables charging.
- 3. Sync app and charger: Force a sync or refresh in the app to push updated schedules to the charger.
- 4. Test a simple schedule: Create a short test schedule (e.g., start in 10 minutes) to confirm operation.
- 5. Firmware update: If problems persist, update firmware and, if still unresolved, consider main board replacement if RTC is faulty.
