Possible Causes
Failed keypad or touch buttons, damaged display board ribbon cable, firmware communication fault between UI board and main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety warning: Do not open the housing to access internal boards; this exposes live parts.
- Power reset: Disconnect power for 2–3 minutes, then restore. Sometimes the UI microcontroller can be reset this way.
- Check for stuck buttons: Gently press each button on the MUSTART panel several times. If one feels stuck or does not click, it may be physically jammed.
- Keep panel dry: If the front panel has been exposed to rain or washing, allow it to dry completely before further use.
- Service: Persistent E13 usually indicates a failed display/UI board or its connection to the main control board, requiring professional replacement.
