• Inspect for exposure: Check whether any internal live parts are visible or could be touched through cracks. If so, turn off power immediately.
• Tighten mounting: Ensure all mounting screws and cover screws are tight and that the unit is flush against the wall.
• Seal temporary: As a short-term measure, protect cracks from water ingress with weatherproof tape, but plan a proper repair.
• Replace enclosure parts: Order and install the correct front cover or enclosure kit specified for your NewMotion model.
