Charger will not start charging; app shows E001 and LED ring remains solid red.
EVSE Contactor Welded or Stuck
E002
Charging session stops immediately after plugging in; app or portal shows E002 and LED ring flashes red.
Ground Fault / Residual Current Device (RCD) Trip
E003
Charger refuses to start; LED ring shows red/amber pattern and app reports E003 – Overcurrent or short circuit.
Output Overcurrent / Short Circuit Protection Trip
