• Inspect aux contacts: Locate the auxiliary contact block on the main contactor. Ensure its wiring to the PCB is intact and terminals are tight.
• Continuity test: With power off, manually operate the contactor (if possible) and check continuity across the auxiliary contacts to confirm they change state correctly.
• Replace contactor: If the auxiliary contacts are faulty or the contactor is sticking, replace the entire contactor assembly or power module.
• Check PCB input: If the aux contacts work but the PCB does not detect state changes, the contactor feedback input on the main PCB may be faulty.
