Wi-Fi SSID of the EVSE is not visible, and unit cannot be discovered on the network, though charging works.

Safety first: Turn off power before handling the Wi-Fi module or antenna.

• Step 1 – Check config via LCD: If possible, use the LCD menu to verify Wi-Fi is enabled and not set to hidden SSID.
• Step 2 – Proximity test: Stand close to the EVSE with a Wi-Fi scanner app to ensure the SSID is not simply weak.
• Step 3 – Inspect antenna: If an external antenna is used, ensure it is firmly connected and not damaged.
• Step 4 – Reseat/replace module: With power OFF, reseat the ESP module. If still no SSID, replace the Wi-Fi module.
