Possible Causes
Non‑critical warning such as reduced connectivity, Minor temperature warning below shutdown threshold, Firmware debug mode or undocumented status, LED driver anomaly on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: If charging is normal and there are no smells, noises, or heat, this may be cosmetic or informational.
- Step 1 – Check manual/app: Compare the LED pattern with the latest Pod Point documentation or app help to see if it corresponds to a known status.
- Step 2 – Power cycle: Turn the charger OFF and ON to see if the pattern clears.
- Step 3 – Monitor operation: Check that charging sessions complete normally and that the unit does not overheat.
- Step 4 – Firmware update: Update firmware if available, as LED behavior may be refined in newer versions.
- Step 5 – PCB/LED check (if persistent): If the pattern persists and is distracting or concerning, a technician can inspect the LED driver circuitry on the PCB for faults.
