Pod Point LEDs are flashing in an undocumented pattern, but charging appears normal

Note: If charging is normal and there are no smells, noises, or heat, this may be cosmetic or informational.

• Step 1 – Check manual/app: Compare the LED pattern with the latest Pod Point documentation or app help to see if it corresponds to a known status.
• Step 2 – Power cycle: Turn the charger OFF and ON to see if the pattern clears.
• Step 3 – Monitor operation: Check that charging sessions complete normally and that the unit does not overheat.
• Step 4 – Firmware update: Update firmware if available, as LED behavior may be refined in newer versions.
• Step 5 – PCB/LED check (if persistent): If the pattern persists and is distracting or concerning, a technician can inspect the LED driver circuitry on the PCB for faults.
