How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Step 2 – Reset to defaults: If available in the app or on the charger interface, perform a factory reset and reconfigure from scratch.
- Step 3 – Check hardware settings: With power OFF and cover removed, verify any configuration jumpers or DIP switches on the control board match the installation (refer to the installation manual).
If E016 remains after a full reset and correct configuration, the non-volatile memory on the control board may be faulty and require board replacement.
