- Step 3 – Reset charger network: Use the physical reset button or sequence (per manual) to clear previous pairing and network settings.
- Step 4 – Account check: Confirm the charger is not already registered to another Rivian account; if it is, it must be removed there first.
If the charger never appears in discovery mode, the internal communication module or firmware may be faulty and require service.
