Possible Causes

Failed Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, Corrupted network configuration, Loose module connector, EMI interference affecting communication bus

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Network issues are usually low risk electrically, but always power down before opening the unit.

  • Reset network settings: Use the front panel or Zencar app to reset network settings to factory defaults, then reconfigure Wi-Fi.
  • Power-cycle router and charger: Turn off your Wi-Fi router and the Zencar charger for 2 minutes, then power them back on and test.
  • Inspect communication module: With power OFF, open the charger and locate the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module (often a small daughterboard). Reseat its connector and ensure its antenna cable is intact.
  • Reduce interference: Move high-EMI devices (large motors, inverters) away from the charger if possible.
  • If E11 remains and charging is blocked: Replace the Wi-Fi/communication module or main control PCB as specified by Zencar.
