Charger will not start charging; display shows E01 immediately after plugging into the vehicle.
Pilot Signal Communication Fault
E02
Charger displays E02 and refuses to start; vehicle may show 'charging error' or 'check power source'.
Ground Fault / Leakage Current Detected
E03
Display shows E03 and charging stops shortly after starting, or will not start at all.
Overcurrent / Output Overload Protection Trip

Charger shows E04 and does not energize; sometimes occurs after a lightning storm or power surge.
Input Overvoltage / Undervoltage Protection

Contactor / Relay Welded or Open Fault

Mechanical Vibration / Loose Mounting
