Possible Causes
Failing low-voltage power supply module, Dried-out electrolytic capacitors, Loose low-voltage connectors, Overloaded accessory circuits (Wi-Fi, display, etc.)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Internal power supplies are connected to mains. Disconnect power and wait several minutes for capacitors to discharge before touching boards.
- Observe behavior: Note if the display flickers or reboots when E15 occurs. This points to low-voltage instability.
- Inspect low-voltage connectors: With power OFF, reseat connectors from the SMPS / low-voltage power board to the main control PCB and display.
- Check for bulging capacitors: Look for swollen or leaking electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board. Replace the board if any are suspect.
- Reduce accessory load: Temporarily disable Wi-Fi or smart features (if possible) and see if E15 frequency changes.
- Persistent E15: Replace the low-voltage power supply module or main control PCB per Zencar service documentation.
