Condenser Heat Dissipation / Ventilation Issue
Freezer exterior side walls feel very hot to the touch during operation.

Possible Causes
Insufficient clearance around freezer, Condenser coils clogged with dust, Ambient temperature too high, Condenser fan (if fitted) not running
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before cleaning coils or accessing the rear.
Check installation:
- Ensure there is adequate space around the freezer (typically at least a few centimeters on sides and back).
- Do not enclose the unit tightly in cabinetry without proper ventilation.
Clean condenser:
- Remove the rear lower panel.
- Vacuum and brush dust from the condenser coils thoroughly.
Check condenser fan (if present):
- Verify the fan spins freely and runs when the compressor is on.
- Replace the fan motor if it is not operating.
Note: Some warmth on the side walls is normal, especially during hot weather or heavy use. Excessive heat, however, indicates poor ventilation or condenser issues that must be corrected.
