Freezer exterior side walls feel very hot to the touch during operation.

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before cleaning coils or accessing the rear.

Check installation:

• Ensure there is adequate space around the freezer (typically at least a few centimeters on sides and back).
• Do not enclose the unit tightly in cabinetry without proper ventilation.

Clean condenser:

• Remove the rear lower panel.
• Vacuum and brush dust from the condenser coils thoroughly.

Check condenser fan (if present):

• Verify the fan spins freely and runs when the compressor is on.
• Replace the fan motor if it is not operating.

Note: Some warmth on the side walls is normal, especially during hot weather or heavy use. Excessive heat, however, indicates poor ventilation or condenser issues that must be corrected.
