E1
Freezer displays E1 and temperature rises above set point; compressor may not run or runs briefly then stops.
Cabinet Temperature Sensor (NTC) Failure
E10
E10 displayed; freezer may not cool and compressor does not run even though the display appears normal.
Compressor Drive / Triac Output Fault
E11
E11 error; interior fan and lights may work but the compressor cycles abnormally and temperature is unstable.
Door Switch / Door Sensor Fault
E12
E12 displayed; freezer may not enter fast-freeze mode or may exit it prematurely.
Super Freeze / Fast Freeze Circuit Fault
E13
E13 error; alarm may sound continuously even when temperature is normal and door is closed.
Alarm Circuit / Buzzer Fault
E14
E14 displayed; interior LED lighting may flicker or not work, but cooling may be normal.
LED Lighting Circuit Fault
E15
E15 error; freezer may not cool correctly and may show inconsistent temperature readings.
Multiple Sensor Correlation Fault
E2
Freezer shows E2 and may over-freeze or fail to reach the correct temperature; compressor may run excessively.
Evaporator Temperature Sensor (NTC) Failure
E3
Display shows E3 and the freezer may not defrost properly, leading to ice buildup on the evaporator and poor cooling.
Defrost Sensor / Defrost Thermostat Fault
E4
Freezer displays E4 and may not defrost; ice accumulates on the evaporator and airflow is restricted.
Defrost Heater Circuit Failure
E5
E5 appears on the display; compressor may not start or may shut down quickly, and the freezer warms.
Compressor Start / Overload Protection Fault
E6
Freezer shows E6 and may not respond correctly to temperature adjustments; display readings may be erratic.
User Interface / Display Board Communication Fault
E7
E7 error displayed; freezer may not cool properly and fan operation may be erratic or stopped.
Evaporator Fan Motor Feedback / Fault
E8
E8 appears and the freezer may not maintain temperature; compressor may run continuously or not at all.
Ambient Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
E9
E9 error displayed; freezer may not cool and interior light or controls may behave erratically after a power event.
EEPROM / Control Board Configuration Error
Symptom
Excessive frost buildup on food packages and interior walls, but temperature is otherwise acceptable.
Air Infiltration / High Humidity Ingress
Symptom
Freezer alarm sounds and high-temperature warning is active, but the interior feels adequately cold.
False High-Temperature Alarm
Symptom
Freezer displays but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
User Interface Keypad Failure
Symptom
Freezer door does not close properly or pops open slightly after being shut.
Door Alignment / Gasket Seal Issue
Symptom
Freezer door gasket is covered with condensation or small droplets of water.
Condensation on Door Seal
Symptom
Freezer exterior side walls feel very hot to the touch during operation.
Condenser Heat Dissipation / Ventilation Issue
Symptom
Freezer interior has a strong, unpleasant odor that persists even after removing spoiled food.
Odor Contamination / Drain and Liner Residue
Symptom
Freezer interior light does not work, but cooling is normal.
Interior Light Failure
Symptom
Freezer interior light works but the unit does not run at all; no compressor or fan noise.
No Operation / Control Board or Thermostat Failure
Symptom
Freezer interior surfaces show rust spots or paint bubbling.
Liner Corrosion / Moisture Intrusion
Symptom
Freezer interior temperature is too low; food is excessively hard or ice cream is rock solid even at moderate settings.
Overcooling / Thermostat Stuck On
Symptom
Freezer is cold at the bottom but warm at the top; upper shelves are soft while lower drawers are frozen.
Evaporator Fan or Airflow Obstruction
Symptom
Freezer is excessively noisy; loud humming, rattling, or buzzing sounds during operation.
Mechanical Vibration or Fan Noise
Symptom
Freezer is vibrating excessively and may move or rattle against surrounding cabinets.
Cabinet Vibration / Installation Issue
Symptom
Freezer makes a loud knocking or banging noise when the compressor starts or stops.
Compressor Mounting or Refrigerant Line Vibration
Symptom
Freezer not cooling at all; interior is warm, compressor not running, but lights and display work.
Compressor Not Running
Symptom
Freezer runs but does not get cold enough; temperature remains above -12°C even after many hours.
Insufficient Cooling / Partial Refrigerant Loss
Symptom
Freezer runs continuously and forms heavy frost on the evaporator and interior walls.
Defrost System Failure
Symptom
Freezer temperature fluctuates widely; sometimes too warm, sometimes overly cold.
Thermostat / Temperature Control Inaccuracy
Symptom
Freezer trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when it starts or shortly after.
Electrical Short or Ground Fault
Symptom
Ice forms on the floor of the freezer compartment, especially near the door.
Meltwater Refreezing Due to Drain or Seal Issues
Symptom
Water pooling at the bottom of the freezer compartment or leaking onto the floor from the front.
Blocked Defrost Drain
