- Visual inspection: Look for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or scorch marks on the PCB. Check all connectors for secure fit.
- Check supply voltage: Verify that the board is receiving correct mains voltage (technician-level test). If supply is good and E3 persists, the board is likely faulty.
- Replace board: Transfer each connector from the old board to the new main control board one at a time to avoid miswiring.
