Safety: No electrical work is required. Do not use excessive force that could damage the door or gasket.

• Wait a few minutes: It is normal for a freezer door to be hard to open for 30–60 seconds after closing due to pressure changes. Wait and try again.
• Check equalization vent: Some Galanz freezers have a small vent or check valve to equalize pressure. Ensure it is not blocked by dust or packaging.
• Inspect gasket: If the gasket is extremely sticky, lightly wipe it with a damp cloth and a small amount of food-safe silicone lubricant to reduce sticking.
