Digital display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before removing the control panel.

• Dry and clean: If condensation or spills occurred near the panel, gently dry the area and clean the surface.
• Access UI PCB: Remove the front panel and inspect the keypad and ribbon cable. Reseat the cable.
• Check for corrosion: Look for green/white deposits on connectors; clean carefully if minor.
• Replace UI: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface PCB or keypad assembly as a unit.
