Possible Causes

Rapid cooling of warm air inside, No pressure equalization valve, Door gasket sealing very tightly

Note: This is often normal behavior, not a fault.

Wait a few minutes: Allow internal pressure to equalize; the door should open more easily after 1–3 minutes.
Check gasket lubrication: Ensure the gasket is clean. A very sticky gasket can be lightly wiped with a damp cloth; avoid oils or greases.
Vent feature: Some models have a small vent or valve; ensure it is not blocked by packaging or dirt.
