Water or ice pooling on the bottom of the freezer compartment.

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before working inside. Use towels to catch melting ice and water.

• Remove ice: Take out drawers and chip away loose ice with a plastic tool. Do not use metal tools that can puncture the liner or evaporator.
• Access drain trough: Remove the rear internal panel to expose the evaporator and drain trough.
• Defrost drain: Pour warm water into the drain trough until the ice plug melts and water flows freely down the drain.
• Check panel fit: Reinstall the evaporator cover correctly so that defrost water is directed into the trough.
