Possible Causes
Failed LED light module, Loose light harness connector, Faulty low-voltage driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the freezer before working on lighting components.
Check the LED module:
- Locate the interior LED light assembly, usually on the ceiling or side wall.
- Inspect for visible damage, moisture, or discoloration.
- Gently tap the light housing; intermittent operation suggests a failing module or loose connection.
Inspect wiring:
- Remove the light cover and check the wiring connector. Reseat it firmly.
- Trace the harness back toward the control board if accessible, looking for pinched or damaged wires.
Replace components as needed:
- If the LED module does not light with confirmed power, replace it with an Igloo-compatible LED light assembly.
- If multiple lights or other low-voltage features fail together, the control board's driver circuit may be defective and require board replacement.
Test: Restore power and confirm that the light operates normally and the F2 indication clears.
