Safety first: Unplug the freezer before accessing sensors.

• Reset alarm: Press the alarm reset button according to the Ignis manual.
• Check door switch: Ensure the door switch is not loose and operates cleanly.
• Inspect sensor: Verify the cabinet NTC sensor is firmly mounted and wiring is intact.
• Power cycle: Unplug for 5–10 minutes to reset electronics.

If false alarms continue, the sensor or control board may need replacement.
