How to Fix / Troubleshooting
This is often normal as warm air cools and contracts, creating a vacuum.
- Wait a moment: Allow 1–2 minutes after closing before reopening.
- Check vent: Some Ignis models have a small vent; ensure it is not blocked by packaging or ice.
- Inspect gasket: If the door is excessively hard to open, lightly apply food-grade silicone to the door gasket to reduce sticking.
