How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before touching moving parts or the compressor area.
- Level the appliance: Adjust the front feet so the Ignis freezer is stable and does not rock.
- Check rear components: Remove the rear panel and ensure condenser coils and tubing are not touching the cabinet. Gently bend away if needed.
- Inspect evaporator fan: Remove the inner rear panel and check that no ice or packaging is hitting the fan blades. Replace the evaporator fan motor if it is noisy or wobbly.
