Interior light not working but freezer otherwise cools normally

Possible Causes
Burned-out LED module or bulb, Faulty door switch, Loose light connector, Failed light driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before replacing bulbs or LED modules.
Steps:
- Check door switch: Press the door switch manually and see if the light flickers or comes on. If not, test/replace the switch (see E9).
- Inspect light module: Remove the light cover inside the freezer. Check for discoloration or burn marks on the LED module or bulb.
- Replace light: Install a new Midea-compatible LED light module or bulb. Ensure the connector is firmly seated.
- Board issue: If the switch and light module are good but there is still no light, the control board's light output may have failed and require replacement.
