E19 error and audible alarm cannot be silenced or does not sound when expected

Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.

Steps:

• Remove the control panel cover to access the buzzer or speaker.
• Inspect the buzzer for physical damage or corrosion.
• Check the wiring or plug to the buzzer; reseat the connector.
• If the buzzer is constantly on, the main control board may be stuck driving it; if it never sounds, test it with a low DC voltage source if you are qualified.
• Replace the buzzer module if defective. If the buzzer is good but behavior is abnormal, replace the main control board.
