How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing the fan area.

Steps:

Remove baskets and shelves, then remove the inner rear panel to access the evaporator fan assembly.
Check if the fan blades are blocked by ice or debris; if so, carefully defrost the area using warm towels (do not use sharp tools or open flame).
Spin the fan blade by hand; it should move freely without grinding.
Inspect the fan motor wiring harness and connector for damage or looseness; reseat the connector.
If you have a multimeter, test for voltage at the fan connector when the unit is powered and calling for cooling (only if you are trained and comfortable working with live voltage).
If the fan receives power but does not run, replace the evaporator fan motor assembly.
If no power is present at the fan and wiring is intact, the main control board may be defective.
