Safety first: Unplug the freezer before touching moving parts or metal tubing.

Steps:

• Ensure the freezer is level front-to-back and side-to-side using the adjustable feet.
• Pull the unit away from the wall and check that no copper tubing is touching each other or the cabinet; gently bend apart if they are vibrating together.
• Inspect the compressor mounting grommets; if hardened or cracked, replace them.
• Check evaporator and condenser fan blades for contact with shrouds or wiring; reposition or secure as needed.
• Place vibration-absorbing pads under the feet if the floor is uneven or amplifies noise.
