Steps:

• Manual defrost: Remove food and allow ice at the bottom to melt, or carefully use warm water to speed melting. Do not use sharp tools.
• Access drain: Remove the rear inner panel to expose the evaporator and drain trough.
• Clear blockage: Use warm water and a flexible tube to flush the drain hole until water flows freely to the drain pan.
• Check drain heater (if present): Some models have a small heater near the drain. Test for continuity and replace if open.
• Prevent recurrence: Avoid spilling liquids inside the freezer and keep packaging away from the drain area.
